RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 28 088.00 for the unauthorised land use (auction venue) and R 2274 .30 for unauthorised building work, BE DETERMINTED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2019 in respect of remainder Portion 19 of Farm 728, Paarl Farms, 43 Lucullus Road Joostenbergvlakte Smallholdings, be approved in terms of section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2019.
