An administrative penalty in the amount of R5000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 91320 Cape Town at Wynberg regarding the unauthorised land use and building work as shown on the plan drawn by Ebrahim Ryklief Architectural Technology, with drawing number WD/169850/01, dated 25/02/2019.
