An administrative penalty in the amount of R20 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 24 Bishopscourt, relating to unauthorized building work in accordance with the plans drawn by dhk Architects (Pty) Ltd with project number 17060, drawing numbers 09 & 10, dated 08/07/2020.
