RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 55098 Cape Town at Claremont, with regard to (1) the shop in the form the manufacturing and sale of picture frames, and (2) the use of the main building on the property for medical consulting rooms.
