An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 5517 Constantia regarding the unauthorised building work as shown on the plan drawn by Detail Schmeetail, with drawing number 002 Revision C, dated 21/10/2020.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out below:
6.1. The unlawful building work was done by a previous owner and the extent is fairly small and the gravity not serious
