Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. The application for the subdivision of Remainder Erf 59319 Cape Town into 4 portions (±247.82sqm each), as shown on plan drawn by DS dated 4/04/2019 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for permanent departures in terms of section 42(b) of the City of Cape Town, Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 as set out in Annexure A, on Remainder Erf 59319 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015

That the numbering on Annexure A “4.2” be changed to “3.2” and all the numbers of headings that follows after that to 3.3, 3.4 etc.

Condition 3.1.1 is deleted and the rest of the numbering under 3.1 adjusted.
Conditions 3.1.6 and 3.1.7 are amended as follows:

3.1.6 Applications for new water connections are to be made at our Municipal offices after building plan approval

3.1.7 Separate sewer connections are to be provided to each portion. Applications for new sewer connections are to be made at our Municipal offices after building plan approval

Additional Condition

4. Land Use Management

4.1.1 The development shall be generally in accordance with the plans as shown on plan 101/CS rev 2 dated 4/04/2019 drawn by DS.
