An administrative penalty in the amount of R 4 100.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 6102 Wesfleur, in accordance with Drawing Ref. 6102P.P; dated 22.06.2020 and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of said By-Law.
