b. The application for regulation departures in respect of the freestanding base telecommunication station as set out in annexure A on erf 2730, Montague Gardens, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in annexure A.
c. The application for consent in terms of Title Deed T70524/2007 in respect of the freestanding base telecommunication station as set out in annexure A on erf 2730, Montague Gardens, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in annexure A.
