a. The application for regulation departure in respect of the roof additions as set out in Annexure A on erf 1457, Blaauwbergstrand, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for consent in terms of Title Deed T9274/2007 in respect of the roof additions as set out in annexure A on erf 1457, Blaaubergstrand, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in annexure A.
c. The application for amendment of conditions in respect of the roof additions as set out in annexure A on erf 1457, Blaaubergstrand, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in annexure A.
