The application for consent use to permit a place of instruction to accommodate an Early Childhood Development Centre on erf 132, 8 Falcon Crescent, Parklands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in annexure A.
