An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2019, on Erf 19904 at 13 Ruth First Crescent, Mandela Park BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2019.
