An administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 44958 Cape Town at Rondebosch, for the unauthorised carport as shown on the plans drawn by K.H Berga with drawing numbers 28/01/219 (dated 21 February 2020) and 28/02/219 (dated 6 March 2020), both revision 02/2019 and both updated on 15 May 2020.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
