An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 15345 Fish Hoek regarding the unauthorised carport as shown on the plan drawn by Paul M Marsh, drawing number PMM 20021, dated 1 July 2020.
