RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R4 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 7519 Fish Hoek regarding the unauthorised building work, comprising 3 timber decks, as shown on the plans drawn by P.C Spoor with drawing numbers J/19/1 (dated May 2018), J/19/2 (dated May 2018) and J/19/3 (dated July 2018).
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reason as set out in the Planner’s report
