RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 342 Scarborough regarding the unauthorised timber deck as shown on the plans drawn by Redtunafish Architectural Designs, drawing numbers 342-Scarborough-plan2 (dated 26 August 2019) and 342-Scarborough-ele2 (dated 26 August 2019).
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report,
