The application for rezoning of a portion of Erf 54119 Cape Town at Claremont from Transport Zone 2 to Utility Zone, as shown on the plan drawn by WPP Town and Regional Planning Consultants with drawing number WC04 sheet 3, revision 2, dated 2020-08-12, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
