RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 40 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 69802 Cape Town at Plumstead regarding the unauthorised building work as shown on the plans drawn by Oscar Schmidt Architecture, drawing numbers 300 (revision 3, dated June 2019), 301 (dated April 2019) and 302 (dated April 2019).

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
