The application for amendment of condition 8 in respect of an existing approval dated 30/10/2015 granted in terms of Section 42(j) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law,205 in order to increase the floor space of an existing house shop from Erf 3995, 65 Hazeldene Avenue, Portland, Mitchells Plain BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town, Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
