RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for rezoning of Erf 110951 Cape Town at Steenberg, from Single Residential Zone 1 to Local Business Zone 2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for consent in terms of Item 55(b) of the Development Management Scheme for Erf 110951 Cape Town at Steenberg, to permit a business premises on the property, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. The application for a departure for Erf 110951 Cape Town at Steenberg, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Condition 2.2.1 correction
That the word “uses” in condition 2.2.1 be changed to “used”
