RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R5000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 31878 Cape Town at Mowbray, in respect of the unauthorised second dwelling and carriageway crossing as per plan no. A101 drawn by DW dated 10-02-2020.

REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 6.5 which is amended as follows:
6.5 The conduct including the non-disclosure of information of the person involved in the contravention cannot be condoned.
