RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 14011 Constantia (consolidation of Erven 13707 and 13708 Constantia) with regard to non-compliance with a condition of an existing approval relating to the issuing of an occupation certificate prior to the implementation of the traffic circle at the Huxley Road / Ladies Mile intersection.
