An administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 4760 Simon’s Town regarding the unauthorised garage as shown on the plans with drawing number McClean 010/19 (2 sheets) dated June 2019 drawn by Ground Rules Designs.
