An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 be determined in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 176 Bishopscourt in respect of the unauthorised second dwelling as per plans drawn by Red cat Design with drawing numbers 7:19:AP1 and 7:19:AP2, both Revision A, both dated March 2020.
