RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That an administrative penalty of R 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 206 Fresnaye, 2A Avenue Des Huguenots, Fresnaye.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report and added an additional reason 5.6 that read as follows:
5.6 The above reasons suggest that a reduced penalty is warranted.
