That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2000 for the unauthorised building work BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 160, Fresnaye in accordance with plans with drawing no: M100, Rev 2 and M200, Rev 2 dated 09-02-2020, drawn by: MWP architects.
