RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 10 000 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Portion 77 of the Farm 20, Klein Dassenberg for the unauthorised use and building work and that such penalty be approved in terms of section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
