RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 2536, Melkbosch Strand, Milnerton in accordance with drawing no: 2536/02/02, dated December 2019, drawn by: Krige & Muller Architecture and such penalty be approved in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report
