That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5000.00 BE DETERMINED for the unauthorized land use in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 2579, Brackenfell
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason 6.5 that read as follows:
6.5. The current service provider (ATC South Africa) are familiar with the processes and approvals required, hence they have no excuse for continuing with the contravention.
