That an administrative penalty in the amount of R700,00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 21855, Parow in accordance with Annexure B.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and amended reason 2 as Follows:
2. The extent of the unlawful building works is of relatively minor scale in comparison to the size of the property and does not affect a change in land use. This warrants a reduction of the penalty
