That an administrative penalty of R4 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 11904, Delft.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report, except reason 6.3 which is amended as follows:
6.3 The applicant submitted the application 6 years after the city issued a notice to cease the unlawful use. The wilful conduct of the applicant warrants a penalty of this amount
