UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 7 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 52 Constantia, relating to unauthorized building work in accordance with drawing title admin penalty app CON52 as Built_Rev7.dwg (2 pages) drawn by Friedlaender, Burger & Volkmann, dated 16 January 2019.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend as follows:
6.5 The conduct of the owner cannot be condoned and warrants a higher penalty
