An administrative penalty in the amount of R 5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 85258 Cape Town regarding the unauthorised timber structures as shown on the plan LUM/00/85258 and camp site and place of instruction.
