UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 83292 Cape Town at Retreat regarding the unauthorised use of a portion of the property as a shop as per on the plan with drawing number 83292/2 dated 2019-10-01.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend 6.2 as follows:
The duration of the contravention is considered to be brief.
