An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unlawful building work on Erf Re-2606, Unit 8, 1 Van Der Byl Street, Gordon’s Bay.
