UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application is made in terms of Section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for a permanent departure to relax the common building line from 3m to 1.515m and 0.615 for the proposed granny flat (granny flat), balcony and external staircase BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with Building Plan No.0/287 – 1.01 – Dated Feb 2019
Condition 2.1.10 is amended as follows:
2.1.10 The house shop shall not operate outside the hours of 07h00 to 21H00 Monday to Saturday and 08:00 t0 13:00 on Sundays and public holidays.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
