An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 for the unauthorised land use (house shop) in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 6807, 2 East Gate, Highgate, Blue Downs, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
