UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for removal of title deed conditions as set out in Annexure A, on erf 183 Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A:
1.1.1 Condition C. 5. (a), which reads as:
He shall not erect any building on any lot of less value than R 1 600.00. such building moreover must be a dwelling house and not two or more dwelling houses shall be erected under one roof, nor shall more than one dwelling house be erected on any one lot, and such dwelling house shall not be used as a flat or flats.
