UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for subdivision, as set out in Annexure A, in respect of erven 3058 and 3090, Cape Town, as indicated in Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, indicated in Annexure C and subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for consolidation, as set out in Annexure A, for erf 3090, Cape Town, as indicated in Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A and generally in accordance with the revised site Management Plan in Annexure D2
c. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, in respect of erf 3058, Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

Correct paragraph 1.1 to read as follows:
Subdivision of erf 3058 Cape Town into two portions: Portion A (230m2) and Portion B (225m2)
Paragraph 2.2.3 to be renumbered as ‘a’ under point 2.2.2
Paragraph 2.2.4 to be renumbered as ‘b’ under point 2.2.2
Paragraph 2.2.5 to be renumbered as ‘c’ under point 2.2.2
Paragraph 2.2.6 to be renumbered to 2.2.3; the paragraphs that follow to be numbered correctly
