RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for deletion and amendment of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 28900 and 28902 and Remainder Erf 28901 Cape Town at Mowbray, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for consolidation of Erven 28900 and 28902 and Remainder Erf 28901 Cape Town at Mowbray, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per the plan of consolidation LUM/00/28900, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. The application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 28900 and 28902 and Remainder Erf 28901 Cape Town at Mowbray, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
