RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the Development Management Scheme to permit building work within a Heritage Protection Overlay Zone, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 174196 Cape Town at Kalk Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for departures for Erf 174196 Cape Town at Kalk Bay, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
