RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for subdivision of Erf 192 Scarborough, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision/ consolidation LUM/77/839, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for consolidation of Erven 192, 195 and 839 Scarborough, as per the plan of subdivision/ consolidation LUM/77/839, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
