That an administrative penalty in the amount of R500 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 1545, Zeekoevlei, in relation to the unauthorised building work shown on the plan attached to this report as Annexure C.
