RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the subdivision of Erf 2153 Schaapkraal into 2 portions (Portion 1 of ±4005m2 and the Remainder of ±4002m2), as shown on plan M0735/DD01 drawn by Macroplan dated 18-09-2018 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for a permanent departure from the City of Cape Town Development Management Scheme to permit Agricultural properties below the 20ha minimum erf size for Erf 2153 Schaapkraal, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
