UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful covered braai patio in respect of Erf 5468, 9 Ixia Street, Somerset West in accordance with plan no. Ssw5468, dated October 2019.
