An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 for the unauthorized building work, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 6547, 9 Durmente Singel, Sea Breeze Park, Gordons Bay.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 1 as follows:
The current owner of the subject property did not build the structure currently contravening the By-Law
