An administrative penalty in the amount of R 800.00 for the unauthorised land use in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 on erf 7167 Mitchells Plain BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)i of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
