UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application in terms of Section 42(b) of the City of Cape Town, Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 to depart from Item 35 (a) to permit a proposed domestic quarters, outbuilding and carport that deviates from the design principles (architectural style) of the Summerville Group Housing Scheme, on erf 3700, 12 Springer Street, Hagley, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
