That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 35608 Cape Town with regard to the unauthorised bedroom and pool enclosure as per the plan drawn by JZE architects, numbered 1753 (Drawing no. M01) and dated 17.07.17.
