That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 64506 Cape Town at Kenilworth regarding the unauthorised shop and building work as shown on the plan drawn by David Hellig & Abrahamse, with drawing number L12225/Erf 64506 Ground floor, dated 29 October 2019.
