RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 87506 Cape Town at Muizenberg for the unauthorised domestic staff quarters and stairs with deck in accordance with plan drawn by Ryan Canary, drawing number 0057-LA-100, dated 10 June 2019.
